Cassandra's 5!

This is not actually a picture from Cassandra's birthday, but it's a cute one of us.  It's from the preschool mommy and me dinner they had.

 These are the rainbow cupcakes I made for her actual birthday and for preschool.  The cake is rainbow colored too.  They turned out really cute and were a hit at the preschool.

 At home with the candles.  Ephram blew them out while we were singing so we had to light them again.  Ephram also had to make sure he was in every picture, but not fully smiling.

 Zachariah did a rainbow drawing for Cassandra to hang in her room.  (Sense a theme here?)

 Monica ON HER OWN bought material and made a pillowcase for Cassandra.  Very sweet.  Cassandra loves it.

 She is SOOOOOO happy to finally be 5.  Now she's a Kindergartener, not a preschooler.

 The homemade pinata.  Works WAY better than store pinatas--the kids can actually break it open.  2 paper bags  decorated and stapled shut.  Simple and fun.

 Monica's violin concert.  They sounded good!  Glad we're done with twice-a-week lessons though.

 Cassandra's dance recital.  She did ballet and tap.  She was the best one there!

 Cassandra got her tonsils out in November.  She was a trooper but she didn't eat for a week!
